TIPS FOR WORKSHOP FACILITATORS AND PROJECT LEADERS
Workshops are one of the highlights of the GREENHOUSE and are a powerful tool of collective intelligence to germinate new ideas, get inspired and boost your knowledge on the discussed topics.
Running a workshop Effectively is :
- Practicing active listening and making sure that the exchanges are friendly.
- Encourage contributions from participants (quantitatively and qualitatively)
- Reinforce the sense of belonging to a group and thus bring the innovation process to life
- Preparing for your workshop beforehand
To better prepare your workshops, here is a checklist to make sure you don't forget anything:
☐ I confirmed the format and language of my workshop with Déborah
- Skype : dsavoret
☐ I have identified the niche on which I intervene and registered for the session
☐ I start the discussion with the participants before the workshop, from the page of my workshop, in the "live discussion" section (on the right of the screen) provided for this purpose. There you can share messages, questions, documents...
