to do before you enter the greenhouse, it will only take you 15min!

We would like to introduce you to the Belbin test , then you will know:
- what is your role in a team (what will make you happy at work)
- what is not your role in a team (what will make you feel uncomfortable !)
4 steps:
1. Please do the test (15 mn long). To do so, make a copy of the following Gsheet document on your Gdrive:
and fill in your own Gsheet document.

2. Read your team role profile and if you have some time, read the other team role profiles.
​
3. Please, write your team role on your swapcard profile - section "skills" (Swapcard is the app of the event). It will be very useful for workshop conductors in order to prepare their workshop and for us to prepare Friday's serious game.

4. Send us your completed test (explo@agence-serendip.com).
